Overview:
Sir John Fastolf led a convoy of supplies that was reinforced with 1,000 archers and 1,200 Burgundian troops. The convoy was heading to re-supply the army of William de la Pole, the Duke of Suffolk, which was laying siege to Orleans.
The convoy was attacked at Rouvray by 4,000 men (French and Scots) led by the Comte de Clermont. Fastolf was able to repulse the attack by forming his wagons into a circle and placing archers on top of the wagons. The convoy reached Orleans.
