Simon de La Marc, Simo de Mara, was a Norman, a master of arts and licentiate in medicine on February 21, 1430, and a master regent in November, 1430, a Faculty colleague of Henri Thiboust and Gilles Canivet.

We encounter him in Rouen in November, 1435, and learn that he could not return to Paris because of the dangers of travel.
